As a young adult, I started working in the customer service field. While the constant handling of angry customers and resolving customer issues wasn't the highlight of my conversations with peers. It sprung an awareness within me that customers were upset for a reason and there was always something that could be done to make their experiences better. I carried this principle within me and set the foundational belief that we can always experience life in a better way. After college, I began my career as a Graphic Designer preparing production files for everything you could imagine. From screen printing, embroidered uniforms to promotional products for various brands across the United States. This super fun experience taught me that while you can put your logo on just about anything, what matters most is who you put it in front of. It also trained my eye to spot the differences between brands that blended in with the crowd and those that stood out creating memorable experiences for their audience.

My passion for graphic design continued to grow as my expertise in digital marketing developed working with various clients in fitness, beauty and ecommerce industry. With over 18 years of customer service experience combined with a Design Solution mindset, I’ve honed my ability to bridge the gap between platforms and customers. This has become my specialty and my growing obsession to help small businesses overcome the digital obstacles they face in today’s massive digital world by providing strategic, creative solutions. I believe in working closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations.
